Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering an account or using any service offered by p444. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.
By accessing the p444 website at https://p444.bio, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the p444 platform, you ("the User") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the p444 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms apply to all users of p444 regardless of their location, including users accessing the platform from Pakistan, and shall govern the entire relationship between the User and p444 in respect of the services offered.
p444 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the User's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
2.1 Age Requirement. The p444 platform is strictly available to persons who are 18 years of age or older. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. p444 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age verification process raises concerns. Underage gambling is a serious matter and p444 will report violations where required.
2.2 Jurisdiction. It is the User's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using p444 complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and local ordinances in the User's jurisdiction. p444 does not represent that its services are legal in all jurisdictions. Pakistani users are solely responsible for their compliance with local laws.
2.3 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one registered account on p444. Opening duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of balances in accordance with Section 11.
2.4 Accurate Information. Users must provide truthful, accurate, and current information at the time of registration and must update their account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, is a material breach of these Terms.
2.5 Corporate Entities. Registration on behalf of a corporate entity, trust, or organisation is not permitted without prior written consent from p444.
3.1 User Responsibility. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p444 login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTP) issued during authentication. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify p444 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. p444 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access that results from the User's failure to maintain the security of their credentials.
3.3 Device Security. Users are advised not to access their p444 account from shared or public devices. p444 recommends using a secure, private internet connection when logging in, particularly when accessing the platform in public areas across Pakistani cities including Karachi, Lahore, and Rawalpindi.
3.4 Phishing. p444 will never request your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from p444 that requests your credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to p444 support.
4.1 Accepted Methods. p444 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. Available methods may change from time to time and the current list is shown in the p444 cashier.
4.2 Currency. Accounts denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) are supported. Transactions made in other currencies may be subject to conversion at rates determined by p444 or the payment processor.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance with these Terms. p444 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving a withdrawal. Processing times vary by method; JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically process faster than bank wire transfers.
4.5 Source of Funds. You represent that all funds deposited into your p444 account are from legitimate sources and are not connected to money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity. p444 complies with applicable international anti-money laundering standards.
4.6 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal for a legitimate deposit is a breach of these Terms. p444 reserves the right to suspend the account and pursue recovery of any funds obtained through chargeback fraud.
5.1 General. p444 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published at the time of the offer and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are generally subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, and validity period will be stated in the promotion-specific terms.
5.3 Abuse. p444 reserves the right to void bonuses, void winnings derived from bonuses, and close accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User is abusing the bonus system, including by opening multiple accounts or placing opposing bets to guarantee outcome-free wagering.
5.4 Availability. Promotions may be restricted by geography, payment method, or game type. p444 is under no obligation to offer any particular promotion to any particular user.
6.1 Game Rules. Each casino game and sports betting market offered on p444 is governed by its own set of rules, displayed within the game interface or betting lobby. In the case of conflict between a game-specific rule and these general Terms, the game-specific rule shall prevail.
6.2 Sports Betting. Bets on cricket matches including the Pakistan Super League (PSL), international cricket, UFC events, football, basketball, and other sports are subject to the p444 Sports Betting Rules. Bets placed on events that are subsequently voided, postponed, or abandoned will be settled in accordance with those rules.
6.3 Errors. In the event of a manifest error in odds, game results, or payout calculations due to technical error, p444 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the original stake. p444 is not liable for any loss resulting from such an error.
6.4 Maximum Winnings. p444 may apply maximum single-session or single-bet winning limits. These limits are communicated in the relevant game or sports market terms.
6.5 RNG Certification. All random number generator (RNG) games on p444 use certified RNG technology from licensed providers. p444 does not modify the stated RTPs of any game title.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on p444 and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balance:

8.4 Self-Exclusion. Upon requesting self-exclusion, p444 will close the account and take reasonable steps to prevent re-registration for the nominated exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests are taken seriously and will not be reversed for the duration of the nominated period.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, p444 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including losses arising from technical faults, network failures, or third-party payment processing delays.
10.3 p444's total liability to any User for any claim shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that User's p444 account at the time the claim arises.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit p444's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
11.1 p444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where required to do so for regulatory or legal compliance reasons.
11.2 Upon account closure for breach of Terms, p444 may, at its discretion, void any pending bonuses and outstanding bets. Any remaining verified real-money balance (net of voided bonus amounts) will generally be returned to the User via the original deposit method, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification.
11.3 Users may close their own account at any time by contacting p444 customer support. Any remaining balance will be returned subject to standard withdrawal processing.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which p444 is incorporated and licenced to operate. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the competent courts or arbitration body of p444's licensing jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause limits the User's rights under applicable consumer protection laws in their local jurisdiction.
p444 may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, p444 will endeavour to notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not accept revised Terms, you must cease using p444 and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.3.
